Coral DBM™ is onboarding a limited first cohort of dispensaries and benefit plans ahead of public launch. Launch Network members get rate certainty and integration priority. They do not get a lower price than anyone else, because Coral publishes one rate card for everyone.

Dispensary Track

First 50 licensed locations.

Locked terms: 1.5% of the adjudicated sale + $0.25 adjudication switch + $0.25 account-to-account ACH — the published rate — held for 36 months from your activation date.
Also included: Priority point-of-sale integration scheduling, a named launch-partner listing, and a standing roadmap review seat through public launch.

Plan or TPA Track

First 10 plan or TPA entities.

Locked terms: $2.50 flat per adjudicated claim — the published rate — held for 36 months from your first adjudicated claim.
Also included: Priority plan-rule configuration, direct access to Coral's implementation team, and a standing roadmap review seat through public launch.

What closes, and when

Applications close at public launch or when a track reaches its cap, whichever comes first. The locked rate survives for its full 36-month term. The priority scheduling and roadmap seat end at public launch.

What the Launch Network is not

Not a discount. Launch Network members pay the same published rate as every participant who joins later. The benefit is that the rate cannot rise for 36 months.
Not exclusivity. Coral does not grant territory, category, or exclusive-access rights to any participant.
Not equity, and not an investment. Membership conveys no shares, warrants, options, revenue share, or any other security or financial interest in Coral Peak Holdings Corporation or any affiliate. This page is a commercial services program and is not an offer to sell securities.
Not preferential formulary treatment. Membership has no effect on which products are listed, what listing status they receive, or how the formulary ranks anything.
Not transferable. Locked rates attach to the licensed entity named in the application and do not transfer on a sale of the business without Coral's written consent.

Brands and practitioners

Brands are not part of the Launch Network because there is nothing for them to lock — formulary listing is free to every brand, permanently, and always will be. Practitioners are never charged a Coral fee. Neither needs a cohort to get Coral's best terms, because Coral has only one set of terms.

Coral DBM™ is chartered to settle qualified claims through its sponsor financial institution. Coral is not a bank and does not originate ACH on its own authority.
